Who You Are:
You’re a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse who loves being hands-on with patients and making a real difference in their daily lives. You want a role where you’re respected for your skills, supported by your team, and trusted to deliver quality care — without being micromanaged.
What You Want:
- A flexible schedule that works with your life.
- To provide 1:1 care in patients’ homes instead of juggling multiple beds in a facility.
- A supportive team culture where your input matters.
- Opportunities to grow, learn, and advance in home health.
What You Don’t Want:
To feel like “just a number” in a big system to deal with overwhelming patient ratios and constant rushing, a workplace where your professional growth is ignored.
Key Things You Must Be Okay With:
- Traveling locally (reliable car, license, and insurance required).
- Working in patients’ homes (every day looks different!).
- Pitching in for occasional emergency calls and visits while on-call.
- Timely and accurate documentation (yes, it’s part of the job — but we streamline it as much as possible).
Why You’ll Want to Work With HNTS:
Competitive pay + benefits (medical, dental, vision, PDO, CEUs) Supportive team — we know your name, not just your license number Mission-driven work — restoring dignity, independence, and comfort to patients in their homes Professional growth — ongoing training and support for your career development
Critical Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
- Active TX LVN/LPN license.
- 1+ year clinical experience required (home health preferred).
- CPR certification and TB testing.
